La casa di Meringa

È stato un piacevolissimo soggiorno: la host ci ha accolti calorosamente, facendoci trovare perfino delle fragole locali assieme a bevande e patatine come aperitivo d’accoglienza. La casa è nuova, confortevole e molto pulita, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. La host è gentile e disponibile: ha ascoltato le nostre richieste per la sistemazione dei letti, ci ha guidati con consigli e suggerimenti durante il soggiorno, rendendolo piacevole e facile. Posizione comoda tra Pescara, il parco del Gran Sasso e la valle del Tirino.

Il letto a baldacchino era molto rumoroso purtroppo

Everything, from the living room to the bedroom, was spotlessly clean! The whole apartment was nicely decorated and in theme, it really made us feel at home. Furthermore, the host was very communicative and proactive in solving some problems related to our stay. All in all, everything was perfect, except for the location (above a bar that opens at 5 AM).

The bedroom is situated above a bar that opens at 5 AM. This results in a lot of noise and can prevent a good night's sleep if you do not have earbuds. The ventilation system above the stove also wasn't working.

The location was very well connected with a train line that has direct access to both east and west - so you can go to Rome and Pescara. You are close to the Mountains and not far from the sea. The airport is not far as well. There are many bars and restaurants as well as supermarkets. The apartment was immaculately clean and modern yet stylish. I loved the fresh feel of it and the owner was lovely as she went out of her way to pick me up at the train station, even though it was snowing. I highly recommend this place to stay.

The shower was a little cosy for me but maybe because I like big showers, and the pillows could be better. I suggest they get this amazing pillow from Ikea called: Krakklover memory foam pillow. They are amazingly comfortable. Otherwise all else was perfect. They you again for your hospitality.
