Owner is superfriendly, responds very quickly to any questions. Apartment is very comfortable, cosy and well-equipped. It's located very close to Tatralandia, walking distance to the city center. We came for skiing - it was also a proper base if your goal is skiing on Chopok (it's ~20 min drive).
Device to heat water does not work in a sufficient way, we took a great care to save water but on day 1 first person who took a shower run out of warm water. It seems that this device turns off and on on specific hours - if you do not meet those hours you simply do not have warm water.

We were welcomed by Owner and showed around. The place was clean and tidy. We would recommend it to everyone.

Easy accommodation, as the owner lives nearby. Good location.
The apartment is located at the attic so in summer it is very warm. Layout of the apartment is strange, a lot of stairs. There is construction going on next to the house, so at this point the beautiful photos of the garden are not true. The bedding, even though it smelled like washing, looked badly worn and unsightly.
