מקום נהדר למשפחה! ממליצים בחום. המרחב לא גדול אך יש בו את כל הנדרש. למי שמגיע כשחם יש גינה ענקית (!!), בטוח שאפשר ליהנות ממנה מאוד. סופר וכביסה במרחק הליכה קצר מאוד, חנייה צמודה ונוחה. כניסה קלילה לדירה. בקיצור נהדר!
זרם וחום המקלחת. זרם חלש יחסית (לא נורא) וחום שאינו מושלם, ניתן להתקלח אך לא הנאה מושלמת… לא נורא.
