Abbiamo apprezzato la cordialità di Ivano, con i suoi consigli, e la comodità del letto, la centralità della struttura e la vicinanza al parcheggio Union Park, essendo in zona ZTL.
Il wc troppo vicino al lavandino, per chi è alto può essere scomodo.

It was clean, the location was in a very convenient and quite place in a typical local neighborhood.
when we arrived on our previous informed check-in time there was nobody at the building to check in, even to get inside the building we have to wait on the street. There was a phone number in front of the door and I try to reach the given number but there was no response even I tried so many times that my cell phone battery died. there was not a place to sit and we wait there with my wife for 40 minutes nobody came no one responded my calls. to charge my phone and get an internet connection to contact booking.com we went to a cafe. We called booking.com customer service to cancel our reservation and find a new place to stay. After a long telephone conversation of 36 minutes with booking.com customer service we received the answer that the booking.com can not cancel the payment there for we should go back to the same place and wait someone to come. Booking.com customer service also informed us that they contacted the related person of the hotel and he will meet us there. We were exhausted and so tired of all this unpleasant efforts and ask the booking.com customer service if there are sure that some one will be there. They were also connecting to the related person trough booking.com from Italy because of the poor english language problem even they were not sure. Yet they said that we didn't have any other choice. So we went back unhappily and after a 2 hour delay we could check in to the place. As you could also follow from my reservations since the last two weeks me and my wife are on a multi country daily tour therefor a delay of two hours caused us a lost of two hours in the city.
