Staff very helpful, even just trainees they gladly want to help. Feel welcome!
Hotel is great but the air condition is not. Feel hot inside room and lobby. While waiting for our transport we got drench in sweat. Heard that the city under sace electricity campaign.

1. The sound insulation is really poor, and you can clearly hear the people inside at the door.
2. The key card given to us was broken and wouldn't open the door. We told the staff and he went to change the key card, and we waited in the same place for six or seven minutes before he came back, but it didn’t work. We are very tired after a long time flying and this hotel makes people even more irritable.
3. 😡Someone opened our door directly with the key card at 8 in the morning when we were sleeping! Our door was locked from the inside, so people outside couldn't push it open. He closed the door without saying a word and left.
