Swiss-Belinn Airport Surabaya

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is very convenient, especially for those travelling from the airport. We had a domestic flight and left the hotel just two hours before departure, but we were able to manage everything comfortably and without any stress. The food at the restaurant was okay as well. The spa service was also a wonderful treat after several days of excursions around Java. Overall, a convenient and pleasant stay.

The room is not perfectly soundproofed, and we could hear the voices of people walking and talking in the corridors. The sheets were clean, but had a few visible stains. There was also no hand soap in the bathroom, so we had to use the dispenser in the shower area each time. A hairdryer was not provided in the room either, and we only realised this after taking a shower, so we had to specifically ask the staff for one. These are relatively minor issues, but addressing them would make the stay more comfortable.

The location was very convenient flying to Bali the next morning!

1. The sound insulation is really poor, and you can clearly hear the people inside at the door. 2. The key card given to us was broken and wouldn't open the door. We told the staff and he went to change the key card, and we waited in the same place for six or seven minutes before he came back, but it didn’t work. We are very tired after a long time flying and this hotel makes people even more irritable. 3. 😡Someone opened our door directly with the key card at 8 in the morning when we were sleeping! Our door was locked from the inside, so people outside couldn't push it open. He closed the door without saying a word and left.
