Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do centrum i na plaże oraz na molo. W pobliżu dużo punktów gastronomicznych. Choć apartament znajduje się blisko najruchliwszej ulicy w Sopocie, czyli "monciaku" to w apartamencie nie słychać odchodzących odgłosów z ulicy. Bardzo gorąco polecam pobyt.
Jedyny problem jaki się pojawił podczas mojego pobytu to nie dostateczny odpływ wody z pod prysznica, należało bardzo uważać, aby nie zaleć łazienki, ale to jest usterka techniczna która z pewnością w najbliższym czasie zostanie naprawiona. Nie wpłynęła ona negatywnie na jakość mojego pobytu. Jestem bardzo zadowolony.

Lokalizacja idealna
Bardzo poważnym problemem jest hałas śmieciarek codziennie rano pod oknem oraz wyjeżdżających samochodów z garażu. Uniemożliwia to spokojny sen. Jeżeli ktoś wstaje wcześnie rano to ten problem go nie dotyczy ale jeżeli chcesz się spokojnie wyspać to niestety nie ma na to żadnych szans. Zamkniete okna nie wytłumiają hałasu a sezonie letnim i tak muszą być otwarte, więc hałas jest jeszcze bardziej dotkliwy. Bardzo dużym niedociągnięciem jest brak zasłon w dużym spokoju (tam gdzie druga sofa). Od rana jest jasno co natychmiast wybudza
