There was a nice porch to sit out if the weather is dry. They will do laundry for you but it has to be hung on a line for drying so not so great unless it is sunny and warm. Easy to get transportation. Very comfortable room.
We don’t mind walking but otherwise you will be using lots of taxis.

Nice breeze and good view of the ocean. Room was fairly well equipped with a stove, frid and a few utensils. Towels and toilet paper included
Hard climb upstairs to get to the room.

The host was really lovely, bathroom was clean.
We had booked the apartment via booking.com but when we arrived the apartment had been given away which it fine- we were given a small room with a double bed and single bed. Which again, was fine. It was just that we were charged as if it were the apartment so it was quite expensive given what we’re given was not what we had booked.
