Clean and spacious, with everything that we could have asked for, in a great location - just a very short walk down to the beach - with a very nice view. We used the second lounge room as a music room (we had two violas with us) and the acoustics were really great.
No negatives that we were aware of.

Nice location
Oven was dirty and smoked when we turned it on. Only a small plug in electric heater and it was very cold, so we brough a heater
