With one of the best views in Pambula Beach, you can see the migrating WHALES from the house or watch the surfers catching a wave!
This classic residence is truly spacious in every respect. It features 3 larger than normal bedrooms that can sleep up to 8 people. Plus there is the added convenience of 3 bathrooms. There is plenty of room for large or two families to holiday in comfort here.
The living is gracious with rooms designed to take in the sweeping ocean and head land views.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, complete with Nespresso coffee machine, traditional indoor dining area, or the convenience of relaxing al fresco living on the sweeping deck with it's outstanding vista.
With a brand new outdoor setting and weber bbq, it is perfect to just sit back, relax and take in the dolphins at play, whales, surfers, or just watch the ever changing ocean.
A large rumpus room, BBQ area plus a generous rear yard, complete the picture. We are also lucky to generally have daily visits from kangaroo's!
With a delightful north easterly aspect and plenty of room for cars and boats, this charming property ticks all the boxes for comfort, size and convenience.

What to do whilst visiting View Point -
Relax - mix it up with your choice of beautiful beaches! - main beach just around the corner, Middle beach or Lions Park , or the beautiful Pambula Beach River mouth- perfect for all families and little children as there is a swing set, and shallow waters. Perfect for stand up paddle boarding! Great for picnics!
Fish off the sand at the river mouth - great catches straight off the beach!.
Coffee - Wild Rye bakery and Pambula's pantry both in Pambula serve fantastic coffee.
Skateboarding... a well designed park just as you enter Pambula Beach on your right, great for the teenagers!
Heated Pool - also on your right as you enter Pambula Beach just before the skate park!
SHOPPING!!! just a 4 minute car trip into Pambula, with bakery, butcher, deli, small supermarket, chemist, beautiful Thai restaurant, pizza shop, newsagents, and several other boutiques and speciality stores.
Just another 5 minutes further into Merimbula with large supermarket and more conventional stores.
Between Pambula & Merimbula you will find the Pambula Merimbula Golf Club. Fantastic for golfers where you share the course with many kangaroos and Wheelers restaurant with an amazing seafood menu.
Whale watching and oyster tours are also available locally.

This house was gorgeous. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and it all felt a bit special and luxurious. The view was amazing day or night and it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. We were very sad to leave.

The house was nice, well-maintained and well equipped. While an AC would have made the hot day a bit more bearable, the lower parts of the house were still cool. No wifi means you rely on a spotty mobile connection - but you're supposed to be on vacation, right? So, who cares?
The view and location are an absolute dream! We had kangaroos and parrots visit us in the backyard constantly. Of course that means, you've got to be careful where you step in the backyard - but you've got such a lovely house and porch, so why not leave the backyard to the local wildlife.
We'd love to come back soon!

The property wanted for nothing,everything that we couldhave wanted was available.price good as wellA very spacious property all main rooms with a great viewbed was great very comfortable.Megan was so good to us with the covid interrupting thetimes of occupancy she enabled us to have a great holiday,we owe her a great deal of thanks,Pambula is an extremelywonderful place to stay it has a unique feel for a beachlocation.We will be back and will go through stayz,thanks again toMeganRegardsMartin
