Unkomplizierte Übergabe und gut verständliche Informationen. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem heissen Wasser, das per chat gelöst werden konnte. Da wir im Winter dort waren, konnten wir die Anlage nicht wirlich nutzen. Es wäre schön mehr Informationen zur Nutzung des Fußball-, Basketball- und der Paddelplätze zu bekommen. Z.B auch Verleih von Bällen oder Schläger.

The sheer feel of luxury while staying at the apartment and all its facilities. I even did all my washing of clothes when I was there! There was also a coffee machine which my husband loved as we have one at home. A home from home.
The shower over the bath was not working properly. The switch on the tap was not working in order to change from shower to water coming from the tap. In order to have a bath, I had to have the water coming from the shower as well as the tap. We did report this to the host though in order to fix before they got new guests.
