Location is brilliant, and the views are breathtaking. Huge shout out to the company DVR though who arranged travel and were so good at planning excursions. They couldn't be faulted.
The smallest hotel of our trip and couldn't have stayed much longer as there wasn't enough space to store cases out of the way and not much hanging space. There was also a strong smell of gas on the balcony, so it wasn't enjoyable being out there for too long, and I did report it and they said they would send someone around to sort, which I'm not sure if they did as the smell didnt subside.

Room was good, bathroom was nice and spacious
One of the pillows was a bit too stiff, also the property was a bit uphill so it can be difficult for some people (older) to access

Broken heater (was given an inconvenient space heater instead) and the location isn’t prime.

Lovely room in a great location in sorrento. Very easy to walk to all the places you would need eg port train station etc. Host very helpful and easy to contact.
Unfortunately there was an ant problem in the room. There were ants crawling up from behind the headboard of the bed forcing us to sleep at the other end of the bed. There was also one on the pillow when we arrived and they were crawling around the bathroom floor. Also we were shown to the property by a staff member who asked us to pay city tax in cash. We did this but then he said he had no change so just left without giving us our money he owed us. Bit disappointed.
