Relaxing stay off the beaten track

We had initially booked this house as a relaxing break but lockdown happened. We arrived more than ready to relax and this beautifully homely house was designed to provide that. There are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everything you need is provided including a cold bag and a couple of well used parasols, mats and some small chairs for the beach. Hairdryer, washing machine, coffee maker all in place. A lovely welcome included some fruit, bread and water. The location is tucked up above several beaches that are minutes to drive to. a small supermarket and some tavernas are nearby but the overall place is very much about getting away from it all. Wi-Fi was great. Air con there if you need it. The outdoor pool was glorious and there was plenty of outdoor seating including hammocks which we loved. Our hosts were lovely and visited after giving notice. We had a peaceful time enjoying beaches. We will definitely return. Thank you

Excellent all around

The house is super comfortable with enough space to socialise inside (nice kitchen area) or outside. Very clean, with all facilities you need during holidays plus some snacks and refreshments were made available by the owners who were very friendly and helpful.

Amazing

From minute one when we’ve arrived we were truly amazed. We got to meet with Polidoros and Pagona parents of Christos they were extremely friendly and helpful. The fridge was full of goodies and cold drinks Cretan hospitality you see . The Vila was amazing , they provide everything for our stay for four days and five people we have had everything at all times. Location wise it was so peaceful and beautiful I was just lost for words. It felt like home I will definitely recommend and I’m looking forward to go back. Imagine you’ve got Elafonisi the most beautiful beach in the world and on the other hand a Vila with a pool so quite and peaceful just stunning. Thanks a million you guys see you next year x

A great place to stay if you go to Elafonisi with friends or family, White Lake is even better than Elafonisi beaches, very close to the monastery (you can hear them on Sunday, incredible spirit), fantastic pool and garden, very clean, friendly host and his family! Several small nice restaurants with tasty food in the area (a car is necessary).

La casa è fornita di tutto. Compresi asciugamani per la piscina e l'attrezzatura da poter portare in spiaggia. Godibilissima piscina. Ci sono appunti dettagliati su spiagge vicine non famose. Il frigo contiene tantissima roba (più del normale). Posizione strategica.

Das perfekte Ferienhaus in traumhafter Umgebung

Bei unserem Aufenthalt blieben keine Wünsche offen. Bei Ankunft war der Kühlschrank prall gefüllt mit Obst, Getränken und Marmelade. Dazu verschiedene Kekse und eine Flasche eigenes Bio-Olivenöl. Das Haus war perfekt ausgestattet, es war einfach alles da, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Für den Pool gab es Wasserspielzeug, fürs Meer Sonnenschirme und eine Kühltasche. Obwohl es etwas abgelegen ist, gibt es sehr gute Restaurants und einen Minimarkt in Laufnähe und auch tolle Strände. Dazu das sehenswerte kleine Kloster im Ort. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und die Urlaubstage hätten nicht schöner sein können. Absolute Empfehlung 😊 Highlight, v.a. für Kinder war die Pferdekoppel vorm Haus mit kleinen Fohlen, die uns täglich fröhlich begrüßt haben.

Tout, le calme, la piscine, la maison... il ne manquait rien, nous avons eu des fruits, du café, tout était très propre quand nous sommes arrivés. Il y avait des serviettes de bain et de plage, les transats étaient très confortables, ainsi que les hamacs. Le bonheur a l'état pur au chant des cigales sous les Olivier. Un grand merci pour cette semaine, nous regrettons de ne pas y avoir passé nos 2 semaines de vacances et nous reviendrons c'est certain.

Une maison de vacances superbement bien située par rapport aux plages et proches de très bons restaurants pour terminer la journée. Une piscine qui peu être un grand plus par rapport à la chaleur mais qui reste très supportable grâce à quelques moments de petits vents

Alles is aanwezig om er een prettig verblijf van te maken. De eigenaar vraagt geregeld of alles OK is. Er was ook voldoende eten en drank om de eerste dag door te brengen. Ook plaats genoeg in de tuin om de schaduw op te zoeken. Een kleine mini market in de buurt.
