Central Lisbon Classic Apartment

The place was very spacious , clean and had everything we needed including basic kitchen necessities. Location is truly central but in a quiet area. Very close to the metro station, a block away from Avenida Liberdade and a nice 13 min walk to Rossio Square. There were also several good restaurants around. Filipe was a gracious host, explained where to look for all items, provided tips on where to eat and communication was on point. He even helped us carry our luggage to the unit. Would not hesitate to book here again when we go back!

The unit in on the third floor without an elevator so if stairs will be an issue, this will not be ideal for you. Not an big deal for our group.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Wir konnten bereits früh einchecken und wurden persönlich begrüsst und eingeführt. Bereits in den Tagen vor dem Aufenthalt haben wir Infos zu Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw. per whatsapp erhalten. Die zwei Zimmer waren grosszügig geschnitten, es gab viel Stauraum. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer und der Küche waren sehr gut. Es gibt ein WC/Lavabo und eine Douche/Lavabo. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Lage ist sehr gut, gleich um die Ecke befindet sich die Metro. Wir haben als Einkaufsmöglichkeit den Aldi genutzt, welcher 5 Minuten entfernt ist und alles hat, was man braucht. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder nutzen.

Es war wider Erwarten nachts recht laut, wenn das Fenster geöffnet war. Von der Rooftopbar eines Hotels hat man bis nach Mitternacht recht laut Musik gehört. Dies jedoch nur von einem Schlafzimmer aus. Mit Ohropax aber gar kein Problem! Der Preis ist doch recht hoch, die Wohnung aber qualitativ sehr gut ausgestattet.

Excellent location for a city break- quiet but only a short walk to the centre. Metro station is also within 1 mins walk. Supermarket close by that has everything you need. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The host met us on arrival and showed us around. He also provided lots of information and was on hand at any time if we had any questions. Communication with the host was excellent. Don’t hesitate to book this place - it’s perfect !
