Air conditioning was not working but they fixed It in a few hours. There provider Just 2 towels and a half, then after my request they added another two

The bed is not comfortable. The mattress needs to be replaced. the edge of the mattress is higher than the middle part, so naturally you will roll to the middle when two person lay on the bed. Try lay on the bed yourself and see how you feel. Don't save money on a mattress as it might ruin people's holiday! The balcony door need to be fixed as well. You can feel the wind blow in with the door closed. I have noticed somebody put some cotton in the door trying to stop the wind blowing in..... unfortunately this is not a proper way to fix a door. Please just get them fixed before you rent your flat to other people.

Host was friendly and rad to help. Key delivery was not really easy.
