HaYarkon Street Apartment

Emplacement pratique car à 5-10mn de tout à pied. Sobrement décoré et équipé de tout ce qu’il faut même une machine à laver, le séjour a été top. Le propriétaire est sur place si besoin, et très sympathique et serviable.

Le bruit de la circulation mais ça allait avec la clim et les fenêtres fermées. Le 3ème étage sans ascenseur avec de grosses valises…

Great location, close to the beach and all the amenities. Apartment is clean and well-maintained. Very home-y, which is what i like instead of hotel. The host is nice and helpful. He waited for me until I arrived after midnight.

The profile pictures are bit misleading as there is no sea view from the flat.

Very close to the beach. A BIG bonus for the Internet as it was working properly (and read about a lot of other places were it was not working so it seems to be a general issue in Tel Aviv). No noise from neighbors, other apartments or from cleaners or from the corridors (in lot's of reviews of other hotels I read a lot of bad comments about staff making bad noise very early in the morning but at this place it was perfect). Noise from street was ok when closed the window and the shutter and used earplugs. Was great to have AC both in bedroom and living room. The host was very kind (read a lot of reviews about rude personnel at other hotels) and he was extremely helpful ( I needed some help finding out which bus to take to get to the train station (and from there to the airport) and this bus stop is very close (only a few minutes walk from the apartment). The host also helped a lot with how to print the boarding card for the flight. Nice, good quality plates, glasses and cutlery. Grocery shop by the entrance where I could by all my food (tip: get some awesome giant avocados with the perfect slightly creamy texture). Nice décor throughout the flat, modern style. Bed was very comfy and hot water was available in the shower. Good quality toilet paper. About 2 buildings away from the Tel Aviv Crazy House. Was extremely happy to find this place at this price as I read a lot of bad reviews of all the other places and prices are very high in Tel Aviv.

Very nice and clean apartment with good location. The host is very kind and helpful. He even let us stay and check out late afternoon because we had a late flight back.

If I need to say something, the pillow was too soft for me but it’s individual.
