Here’s a polished review you can post: Our family had a wonderful stay at this hotel apartment. Everything was excellent—the apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained. We really enjoyed our time here and felt at home throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, and the overall experience was fantastic.

The only suggestion I would make is regarding the kitchen. While there is a stove and an oven, there were no cooking utensils available—not even a single pot, pan, or oven-safe plate to prepare or heat food. Since these are family apartments, it would be very helpful to provide a few basic stainless steel cooking pots, plates, bowls, spoons, and other essential kitchen items. If the management is concerned about damage or loss, they could easily take a refundable security deposit from guests. Another suggestion is to have at least one receptionist who can communicate in English. As this is a hotel apartment in a tourist destination, many international visitors stay here. During our visit, none of the reception staff spoke English, which made communication quite difficult. Having at least one English-speaking staff member at the front desk would greatly improve the experience for international guests.
