The apartment is very clean. It is nearby the city centre. There’s a tram stop nearby. Also, Lidl is near. The host is very friendly and approachable. Miro helped us a lot during our stay!
The property is great. Maybe just to add electric fans for the room especially during summer.

The owner is a kind man, waited for us and handed personally the keys. The Appartment is as in pictures, very clean and elegantly decorated. Wifi worked perfectly. App 40 min walk from center yet easily reachable by tram. Quiet area, parking in front of building. Enjoyed the stay and recommend it.

El apartamento es muy bonito, amplio y tiene de todo, se puede cocinar y almacenar comida (estantería, nevera), un sofá amplio y aire acondicionado. Me gustó mucho su decoración y el anfitrion fue muy amable, nos recibió en la puerta y nos dejó entrar antes de la hora.
La zona no es buena ni bonita. Los edificios, digamos... con una forma "regular" y muy viejos, parecía que estaba en Orcasitas. A parte de que está bastante lejos del centro, se supone que en tran vía son 20 minutos pero no da nada de confianza andar por esas calles para coger el tranvía, así que todo el rato cogíamos Uber.

Internamente ben arredato e ben disposto, con tutti i servizi descritti.
L'esterno risulta molto datato, ed il parcheggio c'è poca disponibilità.
