It's a compact tiny apartment that features a pleasant outdoor terrace where you can sit and have breakfast or apéros. In the heat of August, I was worried that the small fan (air conditioner?) would not cool the apartment enough for comfortable sleep, but the room got quite cool if I also keep the terrace door open. The kitchen is pretty well stocked. The owners were responsive to SMS.
The only air flow is through the back door which needed to remain open all night which felt just a little insecure for a single woman. One needs to bring coffee pads if you want to make your own coffee in the morning since the other coffee maker doesn't really work. The bed is comfy as far as sofabeds go, but I doubt an older couple would be comfortable. It was okay for a single traveler.
