The apartment/house is exactly as listed. It's perfect for two people from its well equipped kitchen to the lovely private patio. The walk to Flamingo Beach is 20/25 mins but a local bus runs from just outside the pedestrian entrance and the walk up the nearby Montaña Rosa gives you a fabulous view across Playa Blanca. Situated in a gated community the property is quiet and safe. Josue was a superb host with excellent communication that covered not only the property but local knowledge of restaurants, attractions, beaches and even the island food festival that we'd have never known about. I would highly recommend this property and hope to visit again in the very near future.

Very clean and well appointed property, perfectly fine for two people. Great bus service into Playa Blanca or an easy 30 minute walk into town.
