Quinta Salinas - Puro Prazer

Beautiful property good clean rooms. The host was kind enough to present a drink and cake on our wedding anniversary. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. The Fresh tasty home baked cakes were exceptional. There is a restaurant with traditional Portuguese food a few minutes walk from the restaurant.

Quiet hotel, different to what you would expect. Lovely room, quite modern and well mantained. Nice breakfast too.

A bit far and not easy commuting (except by car) to downtown Aveiro. Not enough parkig lots, so car had to be off road all night.

This hotel is a gem unto itself, but it's off the beaten path and a bit hard to find. The furnishings and facilities wre top-notch and very modernist in design. Colorful! The staff were kind and helpful.

The location is in a somewhat industrial area and not within walking distance of any of the city's sites.

The breakfast was quite good, but the absolute best part was the woman who prepared it. She reminded me of my grandmother and was so wonderful I wanted to take her home!

My wife arrived a little more than an hour before the advertised check-in time after a 3-hr drive in the rain. The house is surrounded by a wall with a locked gate and a buzzer. Nobody answered the buzzer or the phone, but I was able to text them via Booking.com to ask if we could just come inside - not check-in - as we needed to use the bathroom and there was nothing else in the area. They said "No, we'll open the gate at 2pm as advertised" So my wife and I sat in the car, in the rain. Other than the very disappointing start, the facility itself was wonderful
