About this house rental
The cottage with private garden is located in the popular tourist area of Umag-Punta, just 200 m from the promenade, 400 m from the beach easily reachable on foot in a few minutes, 200 m from the newsagent, bar and 800 m from the tourist village Stella Maris where for years the renowned ATP Umag tennis tournament has been held. Each bedroom has a flat-screen satellite TV and an air conditioner. Free, private and fenced parking in front of the house. The area is quiet and pleasant.
The house has the entrance from the parking area on the ground floor, the rear part of the house is basement. The house has a wall in common with the main house. At the entrance the terrace with garden furniture, umbrella and rocking chair for two people. From the terrace you enter the living area with fitted kitchen and dining table with 4 chairs. In the antechamber of the bathroom with shower the washing machine available. The house has two bedrooms with double beds (160x200), one room offers satellite TV, air conditioner, window, wardrobe, cabinet with drawers and fridge, the second bedroom with open coat rack, cabinet with drawers, satellite TV flat screen, air conditioner. Linen, towels and bathrobes, hair dryer available. Free WiFi internet connection.
* Registration per person € 7, to be paid in cash upon arrival
Pets are allowed (maximum 1) with an additional charge of €10 per night, payable in cash on the day of arrival.
* We kindly ask our guests not to make excessive noise from 15:00 to 17:00 and 23:00 to 07:00
* We kindly ask our guests to use the appliances carefully
* Damages caused on site must be declared on-site, the costs of damages will be debited in cash after an armed evaluation.

Top:
- super lieve eigenaren die altijd voor je klaarstaan
- heerlijke afgeschermde tuin waar de auto in kan
- buitentafel met stoelen en een schommelstoel
- grote nette slaapkamers met airco, kasten en bedden met stevige matrassen
- wasmachine en drooglijnen
- goede waterstraal in de douche
- altijd goede buitentemperatuur!!!
Kan beter:
- badkamer (wordt dit jaar nog vernieuwd volgens de eigenaar)
Verder een hele fijne woning in een rustige omgeving. Ideaal om uitstapjes te maken door Istrië.
