Great place overall, super clean, super friendly owner & staff, great location - and I was even able to check in at 6:00am although they don’t have 24h reception!!! Highly recommended!!

This is our favorite place is Bangkok. The owners are lovely, really helpful and always smiling. The room is perfect. Large, spacious, plenty of surface space, airy and impeccably clean. We get a large fridge and opening window with a fly screen and bars so you can leave them open when you go out. The location is perfect, close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. I look forward to coming back again.

The location to the markets temple
The place to stay was a little confusing and going by taxi may not be allowed or just couldn't be bothered to go in & the stairs are quiet narrow so bigger luggage will be difficult and no lifts so look else where other then that good value for sort stay
