Sunset Bay Cottage

The room was spacious with good air conditioning. The bathroom was basic but very clean with a western style toilet. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by a few small hotels and good eating options. The property is right on the beach and swimming is possible at high tide.

The owner and staff were really friendly. The room was big and comfortable. It was basic, but had everything we needed, and was cleaned during our stay. There was a terrace overlooking the garden and a drying rack. The bed was comfortable. The location was perfect, a minutes walk to the beach, sunbeds and hammocks and an outdoor shower. You could walk to a couple of bars serving food. There were little supermarkets within walking distance and an ATM. You need transport to get to places or use GRAB. It was very peaceful and a great place to relax.

Such a peaceful part of the island with enough close by to keep you busy. Hammocks for the sunset.

The garden is nice, price is cheap. Beach front but cannot swim.

After doing check in, no one shows up anymore. Need to ask things only via booking chat. They showed up at the end when was time to check out to ask the money for the extra bed, not really a good attitude. Asked for 2 motorbikes, were not available due to some reason. After insisting were found the last day of stay which was useless. Is far from everything, cannot swim on the beach in front but need to walk 300 meters for a good spot. Breakfast is not provided, need to walk to 2 nearby stays which serve very good breakfast and apparently have much better cottage. Cottage outside is nice, but inside there is not much, bed sheet were not clean and we asked to change them as well as pillows. Bathroom need to be upgraded, if youshower you will make al the bathroom wet. Sink is toy size. Random people shows up at the sunbed area occupying them, no one control and no one clean it, is it safe?
