Accomodation close to shopping center. Possible to get by walk to the closest beach. Children playground in the garden.
one gate (side) to the accomodation area locked in the evening - you need to go around to get to the other gate on the other side of the accomodation area

The 3-room private flat is really big, modern, nicely and richly furnished: from children toys up to richly furnished kitchen. Outside there is a playground for kids. Smart TV and wifi allows you to watch non-hungarian TV over internet. The owner is very pleasant. The nearest beach is roughly 15 min by walking. The sandy beach is nice and also convenient for kids. The nearest restaurant is up to 5 minutes by walking.
The beds in bedroom and sofa in living room were a bit noisy: creaking. To Balaton itself not to the flat: For those who like clean water for snorkelling/diving the Balaton is not the right place. The water is cloudy from its origin (muddy).
