Ács Vendégház

We rented this apartment with 6 people for 2 night nights and we were satisfied overall. It's in a good location (near the city center and walking distance from the beach), it has decent parking space for 3 cars, the garden is well maintained and there's an outdoor dining table in the patio. The house is spacious (2 floors), the kitchen is well equipped and everything was sparkling clean. It's a bit old fashioned but well maintained and partly renovated. Every room has air conditioning.

One of the rooms had single beds, which wasn't ideal for the couple who got that room. The floor is very cold downstairs, there's no floor heating. There's no cooking oil in the kitchen, bring your own if you want to cook. The garden isn't fully private, it's shared with another house (the owner's mother), although we didn't see her and everything was quiet.

Makulátlanul tiszta, jó illatú ház, ágynemű és törölközők. Tökéletesen fel van szerelve. A tulajdonos várt a kulccsal. Kényelmes ágyak, kávégép kávéval ellátva. Csendes.

Dobrá poloha z hlediska dostupnosti pláže a centra města /pěšky do 10 min/ V domě bylo kompletní vybavení pro rodinnou dovolenou (i pračka, která není uvedena v popisu). Uzavřený prostor pro parkování.

Z jedné strany domu je poměrně rušná ulice, při otevřeném okně provoz ruší. Dispozice domu by mohla být lepší (obývací pokoj v prvním patře nedává smysl).

Es war sehr sauber und modern. Man hat einen sehr schönen Außenbereich. Das Untergeschoss besteht aus der Küche, dem Esszimmer, einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und dem Bad, mit Dusche. In der oberen Etage befindet sich ein weiteres Bad, mit Badwanne, leider ohne Stöpsel und einem BD, dann gibt es eine separate Toilette und eine Sauna. Dann befindet sich dort noch das Wohnzimmer und zwei Schlafzimmer, eins mit Doppelbett und eins mit zwei Einzelbetten. Und der Balkon, der vom Wohnzimmer ab geht. In einem separaten Raum, auf dem Hof, ist ein kleiner Raum mit der Waschmaschine und es gibt Sonnenliegen.

Leider gab es nur normales Kabelfernsehen und auch keine Möglichkeit, sich mit Netflix & Co. zu verbinden. Also sollte man einen Stick oder dergleichen bei haben. Auch war die Badewanne nicht nutzbar, da der Stöpsel gefehlt hat.
