Good and clean rooms. Basic / very minimal amenities in rooms. In room supplies could be better. Was there for a single night’s stay. Stay was comfortable.

Food in the restaurant “Zafran” is atrocious. Almost raw food served during our dinner. I suggest avoid dining in the hotel.

Have been staying here off and on for the last four years. The location is great if one has to go towards Selaqui, Vikas Nagar or Paonta Sahib. However if one has to go towards the city centre it is far, and with broken roads across the city your commute time gets longer. Rooms are spacious.

The hotel entrance and lobby wore a deserted look when I checked-in. The usual entry gate was locked and there was no guard at the other gate I used to enter. The porch had no staff or valet, and there was one lady on the entire ground floor who was handling check-ins. For breakfast, the cook couldn't make a proper omelet and the vegetarian dishes were burnt so I had to leave without eating. I was later told that the hotel is being acquired and under renovation but that should not compromise the guest experience. Nor was this informed before checking in else I would have looked for an alternative.
