Restaurant staff was great , omelette and overall breakfast was good. The bathtub is excellent in the premium room .
The premium room could have more mirrors . Gym should be equipped with towels and water . Ac also took awhile to start. Staff needs to be increased overall in the hotel

Food was good. Lunch and Dinner ordered in the room tasted good and had decent quantity
I had booked premium delux room with balcony
Dinner arrived after 1 hour of wait.
Other issues were:
1. Shower broke
2. Flush switch got stuck
3. Fittings were not spotless. Washbasin had stains, tap had stains and also commode had stains
4. Balcony was not usable. It was not open but closed from all directions with glass and aluminium, it had pathetic view overlooking reliance mart parking
5. Beddings had stains
6. Sofa in the room had stains and looked dirty
7. Checkin was slow and uncomfortable. Rooms were not pre allocated, manager was constantly heckling the staff who was checking us in and it was not pleasant to watch.
