Perfect location for us driving onwards to Italy the next day. Easy to find and with a secure, onsite parking space. We received an Incredibly warm welcome from Phillipe (who is on-hand for any question or query guests may have) and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing with his wonderful conversation and aperitifs. The property is peaceful and quiet with sheep grazing on the land opposite. A slice of French heaven! The apartment is well equipped with everything you could possibly need and we enjoyed a dinner we prepared in the kitchen. Teenage daughter was thrilled with the WiFi. I was thrilled with the shutters which made for a lovely nights sleep in our comfortable darkened bedroom. Being an old, stone building - once a school - it was cool inside. In the morning before our departure, Phillippe served us the finest French petit dejeuner one could possibly have - alpine yoghurt, fresh compote, fresh pains, hams, a delectable soft boiled egg…. superb! Highly recommend and we will return.
