Fantastic location with many restaurant options located directly under the apartment. A very quiet location and always felt safe when walking around. Easy to drive, walk or catch public transport to most tourist attractions. For a one bedroom apartment it was very large with a large bathroom and a second toilet located in the laundry and lots of storage if you are staying for a while.

The bed was only queen size not king and the mattress needs replacing - we rolled into the middle of the bed which wasn't comfortable considering it was only queen size. The air conditioning was noisy even when turned off. It has some sort of automatic fan that keeps running and was quite noisy especially at night.

The location is very nice, and the apartment is good size. Two way bathroom access is helpful.

1) The outer quilt cover had quite visible dirty marks. Talked to the office and they offered to get it changed the next day. But because we couldn’t wait for house cleaning (no time given), we said we will bear it. However because it’s a high end quality apartment (specially bedding) it would have been in good condition. 2) The carpets were not vacuumed and bathroom floors were not cleaned. Balcony had spider webs and there were some “papadum” on the floor (maybe from the previous resident). 3) One of the most inconvenient was that we couldn’t use the dishwasher, because the closing lid, where you put the detergent was missing. So we had to hand wash 😥.

Everything, location for marathon, restaurants and to relax.

Located in a nice quiet area with restaurants and cafes nearby. The bed was comfortable.

The building is having major repair work done, and access to the apartment was through corridors and the underbuilding carpark. This wasn’t too inconvenient and there were no workers on-site during the weekend, but the pool and outdoor areas were closed off. This was disappointing as we had come for the marathon festival and use of the pool for recovery was part of the reason for booking. No toiletries were provided as stated. The carpet was very stained, bedsheets had several old ink stains on them.
