Comfortable apartment in a good location. Plenty of cafes and restaurants. Close to Lake. Car space a plus.

Under ground parking was good to have in the cold. Easy walking to bars and restaurants

Excellent location. A well appointed apartment that was clean and very comfortable. Check-in and key collection was easy and the staff were lovely and very helpful.

Emails were prompt and friendly

Did not like sending photos of my ID. I did not know what they did with my information, and felt like an invasion of my privacy. The apartment was fully paid for and they already had my credit card details. Also when I was in the bookings app, I thought I was booking a 2 bedroom apartment. This was for 2 people, but they might not have been partners, and required separate rooms! The picture was definitely different. There was only 1 roll of extra toilet paper. We were there for 3 nights and 4 days, and had friends pop in as well, so this was insufficient. In apartments where there are cooking facilities, you would expect that it was booked that way for a reason, ie: to cook. There was no pepper or salt, and no glad wrap in the unit. There are some basic things that could be there, especially when people are from interstate, and have flown down for a weekend. Are we expected to carry this? I think you could also forget the coffee and tea, as the milk provided would not have lasted the 3 nights and 4 days. There were only 4 plates and only 2 spoons too, which is insufficient. In fact, a nice new cutlery and 6 person crockery set, would not go astray. Having said all that, the location was brilliant!
