La casa está completamente equipada, y a 20 minutos de la playa y de la Ciudad de las Artes. Tiene un supermercado a 2 minutos andando y el transporte público también muy cerca. Estaba muy limpio y la comunicación para llegar, abrir, etc … muy rápida y fácil
El olor en la zona de la entrada al edificio y la zona en general está muy descuidada, un barrio antiguo y poco cuidado, puede dar sensación de inseguridad.

The hosts are super nice, we arrived very late at night but they helped us at every step even late night. They also came immediately to help with some appliances we could not figure out. The location is but away but easily accessible by public transport and reasonable pricing

La casa es muy acogedora, tiene mucha luz natural, es cómoda, tiene todo lo que se puede necesitar. Los colchones son buenos. Siempre encontramos plaza libre para aparcar el coche. Y está muy cerca de la playa, se puede ir andando 10 minutos al Oceanografic y la ciudad de las Ciencias y las Artes. Cerca de la casa pasa el autobús 10 que te lleva al centro de Valencia.

Un piso muy cómodo. Equipado con todo. Electrodomésticos y demás.
Por quejarme diría que el calentador de agua se queda corto para ducharse 4 personas uno tras otro. Pero ya es cuestión de organizarse. Pasamos todo el día en la calle y al llegar pues todos a la ducha.
