Fatima is super nice. She was always available for questions and showed us everything. She was flexible and made us feel very welcome.

Things were quite old. The towels and sheets were clean but clearly very old and used for a long time. It was generally clean but it seemed like some cleaning has not been done for quite a while like the ventilator above the stove, the wall behind the stove or the handles of the blind ropes. The first days, there was a slightly musty smell, which stayed in the toilet because the mop was stored there. The appliances were ok but not great: dish washer did not clean well, knifes were not sharp, one bed was good other beds were either too hard or springs sticking out etc.
