Mostly the staff, and the breakfast. It is kinda far from the center, but if you’re looking for a chill place where you can have a breakfast or a dinner next to the lake, this is a perfect location

Location and the view from the pier is great, though you cannot see the sunset from the property. Rooms have hot plate stoves and microwave which makes it convenient for families. Staff is pleasant and helpful but then it’s not really a resort, reception is not always available. While they provide half board, meals offered are very limited but felt authentic. Onsite parking is available on a first come first serve basis with maximum of 5 cars capacity.

It’s not maintained, at least not as per the prices they’re charging. Rooms offered were extremely small, dirty, mattresses uncomfortable and pillows that would give you a body ache. In short, it’s like staying in a camper van while paying for a 5 star hotel. We were offered a room that had a terrace however it’s practically useless for us because we have a baby and the railings are not covered so there’s a risk of your baby falling. Inside the rooms, there is hardly any space and you struggle to find space for opening your suitcase and walking around. AC is so close to the bed that it feels like it’s buzzing in your ears but then they don’t cool. Because the space is so tight and the beds have a sharp edge protruding, I actually hurt myself. TV is placed in the room but that is no remote, nor that we found in our room. Bathroom is so tiny that you couldn’t stretch your arms while taking a shower, and there is no space for toiletries so you hold your shower gel tube in hand while rinsing.. 😂 I would not recommend this place for the rating it has and for the prices they’re charging. Siófok has so a lot many properties, this should be the last option and that too after the price drop of 70-80% I felt cheated and disappointed after receiving the service.
