Ottima posizione, bella vista, l'appartamento ristrutturato.

Non mi è piaciuto che fosse al terzo piano senza ascensore e non fosse indicato, il palazzo è in fase di ristrutturazione e nelle scale è presente un impalcatura.

L'emplacement. La terrasse et la fenêtre ouverte sur la mer. Très calme et parking à proximité appréciable et à prix modéré.

Le linge de maison pas récent et le matériel de cuisine très usé et limité. Manque de soin et de finition. Baie vitrée cassée. Environnement en cours de restauration ( cage d'escalier)

- the shower was ik the kitchen which made everything full of rust - the kitchen was dirty - the toilet was broken
