Eigentlich schön, aber die vielen Mängel nervten irgendwann nur noch.

"Der Wattläufer" ist ein wunderschönes modernes Haus (Doppelhaushälfte) in Ockholm mit großzügigen Räumen und viel Platz. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Siedlung mit meist anderen Ferienhäusern. Schöne Spazierwege zum Deich oder zur Vogelbeobachtung direkt vor der Haustür. Zwei Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Das Auto parkt direkt vor dem Haus unter einem Carport. Küche mit Ceranfeld, Backofen, großer Kühlschrank/Eisfach, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine im Hauswirtschaftsraum Waschmaschine mit Wäscheständer. Beheizt und belüftet wird das Haus durch eine moderne Belüftungsanlage, es gibt also keine Heizkörper.

Die Ausstattung im Haus war teilweise sehr gut, andererseits wieder völlig ungenügend: angestoßenes und zusammengewürfeltes Geschirr, das kaum für vier Personen ausreichte, sodass ständig gespült werden musste. Keine Eierbecher, kein Korkenzieher, kein Flaschenöffner, verdreckte oder kaputte Korkuntersetzer, kein Teegeschirr (in einem friesischen Haus!), die Kaffeemaschine völlig verkalkt, im 2. Bad kein Mülleimer. Das Fenster im oberen Bad hat keinen Sichtschutz, sodass man sich besonders am Waschtisch wie auf dem Präsentierteller fühlte. Fehlende Beleuchtungen (Schalter da, aber keine Lampen), auf der Terrasse ein völlig überflüssiger Bewegungsmelder fürs Licht, dafür steht man an der Haustür im Dunklen. Eine kurze Bedienungsanleitung für den SmartTV wäre nett gewesen, nervig waren die kaputten/nicht mehr voll funktionstüchtigen Fernbedienungen. Und das fensterlose kleine Schlafzimmer ließ sich mit der hausinternen Belüftungsanlage einfach nicht wirklich lüften. Auch diese Belüftungsanlage hätte eine kurze Gebrauchsanweisung verdient. Man hatte den Eindruck, dass das Haus ursprünglich perfekt eingerichtet war, in den vergangenen Jahren aber kaputtgegangenes Material einfach nicht ersetzt oder ausgetauscht wurde.

Die Lage war einfach perfekt, absolute Ruhe. Grün, Wind und Schafe

Nichts dramatisches... Ein großer Spiegel und gängige Lampen über Badspiegel und Herd wären super. Wäre schön gewesen hätte man gewusst dass das dritte Zimmer kein Fenster hat.
