Family holiday in Niebüll

Clean and bright. Kitchen well stocked with plates, cutlery, glasses etc. Welcoming hosts. Train station 10 minute walk away.

No clothes washing machine which was an issue for a 2 week family stay with a 10 year old boy. Unclear from the description that the property was situated within the hosts’ garden. This is not a criticism of the property, but it is useful to note that it is situated at the opposite side of the railway level crossing so leave an extra 10 minutes at least for your train departure in case the gates are against you.

Im Sommer empfehlenswert, im Winter eher nicht

Großes Bad und große Schlafzimmer, die Wohnküche dagegen sehr klein, besonders der Tisch für 4 Leute.

Es war kalt, die Heizung ist zwischendurch mal ausgefallen, der Vermieter warnicht erreichbar, im Schlafzimmer waren die Heizungen auf 5 nur lauwarm, in der Küche hartes vom Dachboden kalt gezogen. Leider keine Rolläden gegen die Kälte. Es dauert sehr lange bis warmes Wasser in der Leitung war, das Internet sehr langsam.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist zentral und trotzdem in ruhiger Gegend gelegen. Sie ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Besonders bemerkenswert sind die top ausgestattete Küche und die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten beim Empfang.Danke dafür :) Check-in und Check-out liefen völlig unkompliziert. Der Kontakt per Mail war sehr freundlich.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und freuen uns auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist ruhig und bietet auf der vorgelagerten Straße ausreichend Parkfläche – kostenlos. Unsere Gastgeber waren einfach spitzen! Das Ambiente der Ferienwohng ist warm, modern und gepflegt. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für ein Frühstück und zum Kochen benötigt und soviel Küchenausrüstung und Besteck habe ich noch in keiner Ferienwohnung zur Verfügung gehabt. Den große Kühlschrank mit separtem Eisfach konnten wir gut gebrauchen. Das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig. Das Niebüll die größte Stadt in der Gegend ist, bietet sie viele Restaurants, Geschäfte und eine Fußgängezone die mit ihren Eisdielen, Feinkostgeschäften und Boutiquen zu bieten hat – ohne die üblichen Einkaufsketten-Läden. Im Umland gibt es viel zu entdecken und auch die kurze Fahrt nach Dänemark, in die malerische Stadt Töndern sowie dem nahegelegenen Barockschloss Schackenborg - Wohnsitz von Prinz Joachim von Dänemark - sind großartig.

Schöner, ruhiger Urlaub in gemütlicher Wohnung

Schöne, ruhig gelegene, saubere Wohnung. Die Lage ist gut, da alles auch fußläufig erreichbar ist. Der Vermieter ist sehr gastfreundlich und es gab auch einen Willkommensgruß.
