Da cama, (mole. Tinhamos dor nas costas todo dia), do sofá (horroroso de tao desconfortável, mao havia utensílios de cozinha. Como: talheres, formas, vasilhas, as panelas estavam em péssimas condições, cadeiras quebradas, vassouras velhas, cortinas sujas/,encardidas

The checkin was problematic. It was difficult to communicate with the help desk and once we managed to enter the flat it was dirty. They switched off the electricity in the flat and closed the fridge. The smell and mold in the fridge were not the things you want to find at the beginning of your stay. The building by itself is awesome, cool swimming pool and well equipped gym. Very kind management staff. We would come back!

- Good location. Metro 5 min, supermarket 1 min, pharmacy 1 min. - Nicely furnitured

- Front door is ourside and blocks no sound. Kind of noisy from the busy road. Only in the evening, in the morning the road is not busy. - You get no key, only a code. The code is very easily guessed and is always the same. Every previous visitor or employee with the code can come in at any time. The door can not be locked from the outside or inside. Nothing happend, but it does not feel very safe. - No safe in the room - Not allowed to bring any friend or family inside. It's a pity because we came to SP to see friends and family.

Premium location and very secure too. Nice place to a business stay as it is close to major highways, and also close to the metro. Also good garage space.
