The location is very central to whoever you need to go in the area . And the views surrounding it are beautiful . each room is spacious and has a private Onsen . Wonderful , helpful staff , especially Akida .
Amenities can be better ( shampoo , conditioner , etc ) and towels also are too thin .

Nice location (10 minutes on foot from bus stop though). Room was amazing: very very spacious and the private onsen was very nice.
Prices are too high. Dinner and breakfast were very good but portions were small (and an upcharge for hida beef is requested). Very strict timing for dinner and breakfast too. All in all the structure is showing signa of age. Only one washing machine and one drier in the coin laundry.

The food was well presented and tasty but the same every day.
The room was tired and shabby. The wallpaper was stained in many places. The room was dark and unloved.
