    Great staff service who went all the way to help us book our didi to the train station and also not accepting our payment in return. Hotel is spacious as we got a free upgrade too.

    Room big, great staff and location close to HSR. Room dusty and mugs were not cleaned next day and tea ,coffee items not replenished

    We stayed here for one night. Although the room was big with modern decor they had only made up sleeping space for two people despite there being 3 of us in the booking. We were late to arrive and too tired to have to wait for them to sort this out so one of us slept on the sofa. The restaurant wasn’t open in the evening so despite a long journey we then had to head out to find food. The bathroom smelt of cigarette smoke which was unpleasant.
