The location is superb and very central. If you want to experience the heart of Rome while being close to all the main sights, this is the perfect place to stay. Raf was an amazing host. From my very first enquiry, he patiently answered all my questions, provided helpful recommendations for restaurants and transfers, and was always available to ensure our stay was exceptional. I highly recommend this property! Raf, thank you so much for being such a wonderful host and for going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and make our stay truly memorable.

Raffaele was in communication with me before we arrived. He met us at his place to let us in and tell us about the place. He told us how we could get to his place from the airport and he also helped us with transportation from his place to the cruise port we were headed to. We accidentally blew a fuse soon after we got there and I reached out to Raffaele and he responded immediately and we got it taken care of. It was a great experience and location.

We may have liked a little bit bigger common area, but other than that everything was great. We would stay there again.

The location was perfect! Located on a pedestrian road close to the metro and Vatican City. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes and gelaterias close by. The unit was well equipped with elevator. Our host was great!

Little bit worn ! Kitchen table and some furniture peeling & chipped No cleaning materials for kitchen had to buy these The mattress cover was plastic not very pleasant to sleep on
