衛浴設備雖然有分男女，但當晚就看到一位男士跑到女生盥洗室使用，造成女生需要等待影響我們休息時間，以及被使用過的衛浴因蒸氣變的悶熱，空調循環不佳。
衛浴設備在2樓，門是毛玻璃，隱私有疑慮。
房門進出無分配鑰匙，感覺不安全。
女生房在一樓，百葉窗隱密性不足。
房間桌面都是灰塵，衛生紙已見底
未提供新的備份。
房間電燈只有一盞大燈，且開關設在門外很不方便。房間內沒有充電座。
無洗衣設備，不方便。也未說明。

客廳、房間都很寬敞，頂樓可以看山景。可以自助入住。民宿老闆很親切。床鋪寬大，有附插座、毛巾。
浴室偏狹小，環境看起來沒有維護乾淨。在34度高溫下，帶著行李從車站走過去，有一點距離，客廳也沒有空調馬上降溫。

闆娘很放心客人？直接給大門、大樓密碼，從沒跟闆娘見過面，直接手機轉帳付款入住，民宿有三樓，有很多房型可做選擇，三樓是背包客房，有8張背包客床位，皆為上下舖，中間有大桌子、大沙發可使用，浴廁位於二樓，民俗僅有樓梯，大型行李的旅客要自己搬上搬下喔！入住那天沒有其他旅客，接包場背包客房哈哈哈🤣（超爽！，距離關山火車站有段距離，走路約15-20分鐘，為郊區～！民宿有提供自行車🚲使用喔～～
