小庭園風格不錯，環境有在整理，電視有現代化，室內拖鞋好穿，有沙發及椅子桌子，也離鹿野高台近。
蓮蓬頭水龍頭也太低了，大概離地只有30cm，花灑無法調整，水很細很強但會不舒服，用可調整的有花灑兼水流的會更好，浴室地板洩水坡度不足會積水在中間，浴室牆壁配色太暗了，造成開燈也昏暗，如果牆壁有多2.3個掛勾掛東西會比較方便，大概缺點都在浴室。

是新的組合屋式的架構，還算乾淨，而且有綠地。不太能隔音/防寒，但這邊很安靜。旁邊是草莓農園及土地公福德廟，偶有農藥的味道
因為很便宜的房價，所以屋主對於房內的設備並沒有妥善規劃、只是提供，但要使用電器/用品，都要一一尋找合適的處所來使用。浴室蠻大的，沒有乾濕分離。洗澡的時候水排不出去，造成在水中洗澡，還要等水排得差不多再洗下一次，後來隔天遇到屋主，他說可能是排水孔沒有清的緣故，他會去清。屋主對清潔比較簡略，不提供一次性用品，玻璃杯及浴室化妝鏡化妝台都有點髒，原本以為是水垢，但是用水清了以後發現是沒洗的緣故
