Casa del Barocco Caltagirone

La casa e' centrale., è nonostante la stradina stretta si trova sempre parcheggio vicino la struttura e gratis. Una casa su 2 livelli, con la comodità di 2 bagni, di cui uno e' una chicca, perché ricavato sulla scala permettendo a chi dorme giù di raggiurlonsenza dover entrare nella stanza di su. Grande tavolo che ci ha permeesso di lavorare con pc e monitor. Curata bene la differenziata, molto bello il balcone di Su che offre una bella vista. Casa tutto sommato comoda per tanti versi

La cosa sgradevolissima, e' leggere su Booking che questo appartamento ha 3 letti, essendo in 3abbiamo deciso di prenderlo per questo, nonostante questo essendo uno un divano letto ho chiamato cmq il proprietario per chiedere se anche il 3 cioè il divano letto fosse preparato, ma non lo era e purtroppo abbiamo dovuto pagare una cifra in piu' per le lenzuola. Purtroppo non solo abbiamo pagato ma era completamente vecchio e con una branda così distrutta che. I dolori dopo 3 notti sono stati tremendi,. Ed. Essendo lì per lavoro ha veramente tanto tanto pesato, aver pagato una cifra in piu' per praticamente non dormire. Proponiamo al proprietario di mettere al corrente gli ospiti perche' troppo doloroso. Altra proposta, inserire un semplice separe' nella camera di su che non ha porta, in modo che chi passa per andare alla toilette non debba passare davanri a chi dorme. La cucina poco luminosa

The house was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with the owners hand made ceramics. It seemed he had made the tables and the chairs as well as the sink upstairs. He is obviously very skilled at what he does and if you need ceramics I would definitely recommend him. The kitchen was well stocked and adequate for our 12 night stay. The layout upstairs is a little strange with the bathroom and second bedroom directly off the main bedroom, so there is little privacy. This may work well if you are a couple with a small child, although the stairs may be difficult. The house was in a good location to walk to the local coffee shops and restaurants.

We were only provided 2 towels and 1 set of bedding for our 12 night stay. There was no washing machine but we found the local laundrette. The toiletries may have been left by other guests as there were many bottles but with only a little product in them. The second toilet was not in use, as mentioned in other reviews. As stated by other guests, the person next door keeps dogs on her balcony and they seem out of control. Yes, she absolutely did throw the dog faeces into the road from her balcony and her dogs growled and barked at any little noise. My partner also got dog saliva on him when he trying to open the door and the dogs were going crazy. I feel sorry for the owner as this is very unsettling for his guests, when he is obviously trying hard to run a business.

Original bathroom design and generally very interesting arrangement of whole place (plenty of stairs and levels :D), crazy but I liked it!

The heating did not work during our stay and it got quite cold in the apartment. I believe that was temporary situation.

Die Lage

Wir waren im Winter da, die Wohnung war bei der Ankunft Eiskalt, da die nicht ein Tag vorher die Heizung angemacht wurde, der Vermieter hat uns eine halbe Stunde warten lassen. Die Dusche war nicht Sauber; das Geschirr in den Schränken auch nicht. Es waren Kleidung von den Vermietern im Schrank, die Gasleitung von der Flasche zum Herd war undicht, Klobrille hatte ein Riss, das zweite Klo war abgesperrt, auf der Bettwäsche war ein Fleck. Geheizt wird nur mit der Klimaanlage, welche im unteren Stockwerk einen Schalter hinter dem Sofa hat. Wird das Sofa bewegt ist die Klimaanlage ohne Strom, hat uns der Vermieter nicht gesagt, erst als wir ihn angerufen haben. Die Nachbarn haben zwei Pitbulls welche sehr aggressiv sind und die Nachbarin wird die Exkremente den Balkon runter. Vor der Tür liegen somit lauter Haufen an Exkremente.
