Overall the stay was amazing. Everything was clean, heating was sufficient and kept us warm throughout the stay.
Overall facilities provided were great.
Some glasses provided were chipped, some appliances were not in the best state. There was no garbage bin outside the room which caused a bit of confusion while we checked out during the heavy snowfall.

house is fully equipped, had all the everything we need for our stay. Also walking distance to Hotham central. Narrelle was helping us with all the queries promptly.
not a lot of things, hot hot water mixture is inconsistent and hard get a good balance between hot and cold.
Also, internet was dropping too often and very slow at times.

The host was very responsive and helped out whenever we had questions about the place. The house was clean and had single-use amenities ready for use. The location was also great, right next to a bus stop or 5 minute walk to Hotham Central.
