Perfect location, less than 1 minute from the beach, you can see the sunset over the sea right from the balcony. There's a supermarket right in front of the place. Clean room.
The kitchen wasn't great, lacking basic stuff (like salt, a pasta strainer, or any equipment to make coffee, and we could only make one hob work). The studio has only 3 sockets (1 behind the bed, 1 in the kitchen, 1 in the bathroom), not even a multi-socket. It's impossible to use the hob and the kettle at the same time, I had to charge my phone in the bathroom and my tablet beside the kitchen sink.

The price and location are absolutely one of the best in the area. It is very closed to the beach. Just 1-2 minute walk and you are there. The owner is very kind. It is very clean too. The balcony view is also beautiful. The flowers in their garden is gorgeous. They have shower outside too to clean yourself before going to your room. Thank you for having us, Sofia.
The only thing we unforeseen is the size of the bed. My partner is 190+ cm and he didn't fit very well to the bed. But it is on our end because we didn't check it before we booked it. But nevertheless if you are looking for a decent, clean, and kind accommodation near to the beach, this is recommendable.
