The property was super spacious, could easily hold two families when all rooms are booked. With lovely coast views views and breezes, private and close to everything you could need, the host was always responsive and helpful. Price was fair and affordable and Could not recommend a better home away from home when deciding which to choose, this is the one.

Good location and nice spacious living area, kitchen and rooms. Lovely view of the ocean from the upstairs living room. The host left plenty of detailed information about property, access etc
Would have been good to have the side gate unlocked so cars could be parked in the courtyard area closer to the house.
Was a bit of a shame that the main living area and kitchen was all upstairs, which wasnt as suitable for my older parents. But all in all wasn't too much of a burden.

Close to the beach

The upstairs front room, kitchen and dining area is spacious and contains and air-conditioning unit (a necessity in WA in summer). Melissa the host was communicative, responsive, clear, and friendly in our message/text interactions. It has a good location for safety bay beach access (albeit I never used it...I took it because it was near family and was reasonably priced).
Bedrooms were hot which made sleep difficult (usual thing with Aus rentals...when A/C is mentioned there's usually only one unit in an entire house or appt...which is a bit limited and a little misleading...and I should be hip to this by now). Property showing its age and a little rough here and there, e,g, bathrooms...and one had a leaking toilet (from the fresh water cistern flush). No wifi (but to be fair that's my miss on the rental info page).
