Great location. Comfortable bed and quality linen. Concerns addressed immediately - we got a new TV when the old one was not working properly. Good kitchen facilities. Plenty of room.
Although very comfortable, I would not class this as luxury accommodation. Towels were thin, poor lighting in the dining area, toiletries were basic.

Clean, comfortable, well appointed. Proximity to Port meant there was always something to do or see.
Carpark spaces are tight but this is due to the architecture and can't be changed.
