George was an absolute delight so friendly and so helpful. The property is amazing the views of the caldera breathtaking. The room is spacious and very homely. Such an amazing place to stay. Highly recommend

The location was beautiful.
The view was beautiful.
The patio was fantastic and there is a jacuzzi. It was a little cold however. The little kitchenette was great.
Owner is very responsive to any questions and transportation.
The room is extremely small for 2 persons but we had the volcano room, so maybe others are larger to store luggage. We had two carry on bags. No tv or radio if you care.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable because the mattress was too thin and it's on a concrete frame, so it's hard.
The owner was able to fix the showerhead that was leaking and deal with ants that were outside of the patio when we called.
Steps down to the room and back up were very difficult to maneuver (not anyone's fault). Think of this before renting the room if you have any issue with climbing.

Location was ideal!
The view from our patio was absolutely amazing!!!
Coffe was instant, had to walk to coffee shop to get a good cup of coffee
Shower and bathroom were very tiny. Shower super tiny!!
The room is very rustic but clean.
Cleaning lady came at 8 am when we were trying to relax in the patio in the morning. Not very private.
