We were in the upper apartment on the 2nd floor. The Location is great: market, bakery, restaurant, pharmacy right at the door. Well insulated house which did not heat up even when the AC was turned off. The host gave us a second key when we asked for it. The apartment was clean and there were plenty of towels and blankets available. The host is very responsive, friendly and helpful.
The bed is two single beds put together with a wooden beam in the middle. We slept some nights on the sofa but it was a bit hard. Some kitchen essentials were missing such as salt and aluminium foil. The teflon frying pan was very scratched up. The stairs to the bed are a bit steep, be very careful when going downstairs at night.
