That was no our first time with Perko. Apart from excellent location, the apartments are clean, cosy and with all necessary kitchen utensils. You can wash your clothes (all detergents provided). Great contact with the person looking after the apartment. It does feel like home there. Actually, you don’t need to prepare your meals in the apartment as just downstairs there’s a great restaurant serving delicious dishes. All in all, a place worth a visit and recommendation.

Beautiful view over a small port Host was very helpful with some small issues that are all fixed now
It is above a pub which was playing music until midnight, all good if you're out there enjoying the night too. Maybe just bring some ear plugs for sleeping if you plan to do any morning trips on a boat or to the national parks

Great location for access to sea front and all of Kastel. Accommodation was clean
Air con was not amazing. The parking situation was poor (property itself has no parking) - says parking in listing but parking is not great (and is all paid parking). Heat tank / boiler was not on so showers were initially cold. There are two direct entrance doors into our apartment, one was missing its lock so anyone could let themselves into our apartment and take our belongings. This needs fixing ASAP because it does not feel secure. Fix these issues and it's a much better stay
